Arte Medica Dialog recommends: Learn how medicinal mushrooms can help extend your healthspan. This workshop explores the potential of functional mushrooms in addressing the major health challenges of our time: cancer, dementia, and metabolic disorders.
Based on the latest scientific findings, we’ll demonstrate how mushrooms such as Lion’s Mane, Reishi, and Cordyceps regulate cell protection, nerve regeneration, and metabolism.
